We finished our survey trip. To say that we are a little overwhelmed would be quite the understatement. We were up this morning at about 3:30 am to catch a 6 am flight from Lisbon to Munich.

As I laid out in my post , “A Calling,” God is calling us to Portugal as missionaries! Somewhere in the middle of our preliminary “Is God really calling us to Portugal as missionaries” thoughts, we connected with our now great friends, David and Sarah Booth.

What is a calling? Google defines a calling in two ways–the first is defined as “a loud cry or shout of an animal or person”–been there. The second definition is “a strong urge toward a particular way of life or career; avocation.” I would agree with that to a point and so thankful that our urges come from God.
